Luxurial Jewelry Shipping Policy

At Luxurial Jewelry, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, securely, and with care. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship your jewelry orders.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Custom or personalized pieces may require additional production time. Estimated timeframes will be provided at checkout or via email.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


2. Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout.

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and delivery method.

  • All shipments are fully trackable.

  • Orders in USA may qualify for free shipping.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

United States: 3–10  business days (standard), 1–3 business days (express).
Canada: 5–14 business days (standard), 2–5 business days (express).
Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days (standard), 3–7 business days (express).
European Union: 5–12 business days (standard), 2–6 business days (express).
Rest of World: 7–20 business days depending on location.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, or peak seasons.


4. International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

  • We ship worldwide to most countries.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by their country.

  • Luxurial Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Canada: Orders may be subject to GST/HST or duties depending on province.
Australia: Orders under AUD $1,000 are generally exempt from import duties, but GST may apply.
European Union: Orders may be subject to VAT and import fees depending on your country’s threshold.


5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes in some regions.

  • Due to customs regulations, we may not ship to certain countries. Restrictions will be shown at checkout if applicable.

  • For security, high-value jewelry may require a signature upon delivery.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • Once your package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, Luxurial Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

  • For packages lost in transit, please contact us at Contact@luxurialjewelry.com. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

  • Shipping insurance may be available at checkout for added protection.


7. Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.
