Refund policy

At Luxurial Jewelry, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order (unless otherwise required by law — see regional policies below).

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unworn and in original condition.

    • In the original packaging (jewelry box, pouch, certificates, tags).

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, receipt).

  • Items returned with signs of wear, resizing, or damage not caused by transit may be declined.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Earrings (unless defective under local consumer law).

  • Custom or personalized jewelry (including engraved or made-to-order pieces).

  • Gift cards.

  • Sale or clearance items marked as “Final Sale.”


3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except where required by law).

  • If purchased with a discount or promotion, the refund will reflect the discounted price paid.


4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for items of equal or greater value (with payment of the difference).

  • Subject to stock availability.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.


6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend a trackable shipping method with insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.


🌍 Region-Specific Return Rights

We comply with regional consumer protection laws where applicable.

Canada:

  • Under Canadian consumer law, items that are defective, misrepresented, or not as described must be eligible for return and refund at no cost to the customer.

  • Earrings and custom items are generally excluded from voluntary returns unless defective.

Australia:

  • In addition to our 30-day return window, customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty products under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

  • Change-of-mind returns are not required by law but are offered under our standard policy (except for earrings and custom pieces).

European Union (EU):

  • Customers in the EU have a 14-day withdrawal period (“cooling-off period”) from the date of receiving their order to cancel and return for a full refund, no questions asked.

  • This right does not apply to earrings (for hygiene reasons) or to custom/personalized items.

  • If you exercise this right, we will refund the original order amount, including standard shipping fees, within 14 days of receiving the return.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated timeframe:

  1. Check with your bank or credit card provider.

  2. Contact your payment provider, as processing times vary.
